Got a call earlier from someone claiming to be 'Amazon Prime' - actually, one of several I’ve been getting today, all from different phone numbers. The caller was trying to convince me to either renew my subscription straight away or get it for half the price. Thing is, I don’t have Prime and never signed up for it. I decided to chat with the guy, who then asked for my account info. As soon as I called it out as a scam, he suddenly got pretty nasty. That’s when I just ended the call. Definitely a scam, no doubt about it.
