They called me out of the blue, just trying to get some cash from me. Total scam.

I picked up and they just cut the call off. Looks like they're hoping you'll ring them back, but I’m not falling for that.

some confused person with an asian accent called saying they worked for bt or something like that.

I got a call from a bloke claiming to be with the credit fraud team, but when I asked him to prove it, he just cut me off and ended the call.

got a call from a woman with an accent saying she worked for a debt help charity. she gave me a charity number, 09831, but when i checked the official charity commission, it was nowhere to be found. i told her i'd report it to the police and she just cut the call straight away.

I picked up the phone and a guy with an accent I couldn’t place said he was calling from a debt collection firm. When I asked for more info, he just hung up. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.
