I got a call that was just like this one. I didn’t answer any of their security questions and just ended the call. Later, I contacted HSBC myself and they told me the number wasn’t one of their official agents.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with HSBC, saying they were ensuring we understood the bank's procedures in this difficult time. She didn't ask for any private details, which was a bit of a relief. Still, her heavy Indian accent and the way she spoke made me a bit uneasy. It might be legit, but I’m not totally sure about it.
