This woman with a really thick accent called me saying they were upgrading my SIM. She wanted my email to "check my account" and asked me to spell it. When I said she should already have it to verify, she claimed she needed it to send a confirmation email. I asked why they don’t just post the new SIM instead, and she said I had to click a link in the email to confirm. It all felt dodgy, so I told her I’d ring 02 myself to sort it out.

I got a call from a woman with a heavy accent, barely catching what she said, claiming she was from O2. She asked if I was satisfied with their service and then warned me my SIM would be cut off in a couple of days. It all seemed a bit off, so I just ended the call.
