These blokes from ‘Choice Quotes’ keep ringing me, and honestly, I can hardly get what they’re saying with that accent. If they call again, I’m just going to tell them where to stick it. Proper fed up with these Indian calls.

This bloke claimed he was a bailiff and that his team would be turning up soon cause I supposedly owe £2,600. Apparently it's for some subscription I took out for an anti-bullying mag advert. He warned if I didn’t pay immediately, they’d come and seize stuff worth that amount and I'd end up with a CCJ as well.

Got a phone call yesterday, my second one from the same number. The bloke said his name was Michael Thomas and claimed to be a bailiff. He went on about Covid restrictions, saying he’d just leave the court papers outside my door because of the distancing rules. I told him it sounded dodgy, and he shot back with “I’ll see you later this afternoon.” I calmly told him I was hanging up and then ended the call. This kind of call has happened to me twice just in the past week.

Got a call again just yesterday, second time now. The bloke said his name was Michael Thomas and claimed he was a bailiff. He mentioned something about Covid-19 restrictions and that he’d leave the court papers on my doorstep. I told him it sounded dodgy, and he replied that he’d be around this afternoon. I told him I was ending the call and hung up. This kind of call has come through twice this week already.

A few weeks back, I got a call that seemed dodgy, warning about a bailiff coming to my house soon. Today, I got another call from someone claiming to be the bailiff, but when I questioned him, he started getting really rude. It was clear right away it was the same sort of scam as before.
