Got a really unfriendly lady on the phone who said she was from the Environment Agency. She kept ringing, wanting to speak to the production manager. When I told her I couldn’t help, she started getting all annoyed, called me useless at my job, and just ended the call. Honestly, she was awful to deal with - wouldn’t bother chatting with her again.

I've received calls from someone attempting to peddle industrial cleaning products and claiming to provide free sports memorabilia to our buyers. I'm quite certain this is a scam, so I recommend blocking that number immediately. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

Picked up and there was this woman who sounded like she’d just heard the funniest thing from her mate. Between bursts of giggles, she tried saying she was calling from the "environment agency." Honestly, I just told her to shove off and ended the call. She really needs to find a real job!

I received a rather unpleasant call from someone claiming to be from the ICE. The individual was incredibly pushy and rather impolite. I firmly requested they refrain from calling me again, but she simply slammed the phone down. Quite an astonishing experience, to say the least!

Some lady called me, said her name was Abby and kept insisting to speak to a manager about the supposedly heavy industrial chemicals we're using. She claimed she was from the Environment Agency, which I reckon is illegal if she's not really. She got quite pushy and started getting rude as the call went on. Honestly, just end the call straight away if you get a call like that!

I received a rather irate call from someone who introduced herself as Abby, insisting she needed to speak directly with management regarding our use of heavy industrial chemicals. She asserted that she was an officer with the Environment Agency, which is quite concerning considering it's illegal to impersonate such an authority. As the conversation progressed, her tone became increasingly aggressive and disrespectful. If you ever get a call from her, I'd suggest simply hanging up!

Apparently she’d called before, so I asked him if he recognised her, but he didn’t have a clue. I told her straight that he doesn’t know who she is and I already told her that a couple of days ago. Got a phone call from some woman named Lucy claiming to be from Ice, offering a free t-shirt if I bought their liquid cleaner. Pretty sure it’s a scam, don’t share any of your info with them. I’m planning to leave a bad review about Ice Industrial Chemicals Experts to warn others. My partner’s a senior detective, so I’ll be passing this info on to the proper authorities too. Stay careful out there!

Somebody saying they were from ICE ringed Abby asking for full names and job titles. When Abby asked who she was, the caller snapped back saying she’s a busy woman and had no time to explain. Once she saw Abby wasn’t buying it, she just cut the call. Strange behaviour if you ask me.

It’s only just turned 9 in the morning on a Monday, can’t imagine what their life must be like. And now the daft woman’s called back. There was this rude woman calling for someone from my team. When I asked who she wanted, she snapped at me like it was some kind of joke. I gave as good as I got pretty quickly. You could hear kids crying in the background too. She insisted the person knew who she was, but clearly they didn’t. Weird behaviour. I just blocked her and moved on. She even slammed the phone down on me - couldn’t take the heat when I was firin’ back! What an awful person.
