I’ve been receiving calls from 07362 055465, where a chap named Adam introduces himself as representing “My Smart Legal.” Frankly, he comes across as exceedingly rude and overbearing.

He asserts that he can assist with pension transfer guidance that someone supposedly received from Capital & Income Solutions-a company that, let’s be honest, has since gone under. It’s apparent that there’s been an improper handling of personal data, as this appears to be cold-calling tactics. This could be a significant violation of the Data Protection Act 2018.

On behalf of a client who has found Adam’s incessant calls quite distressing, we’ve attempted to return the call. It rings momentarily, then disconnects without further ado.
