Someone rang me saying they were from O2, but it felt a bit dodgy. They wanted my email address and told me a new SIM card was being sent, but I wasn't convinced.

I’ve never made any claim like that. I told him it was probably some sort of scam and he kept saying it wasn’t. Ended up just hanging up on him and blocking the number right away.

The bloke on the line was chatting about some amazing phone offers and said I could save like 40% on my bill. But here’s the dodgy bit - he then asked me how much I’d paid on my last bill, which made me think he didn’t have access to my account info. Kinda fishy if you ask me.
