I received this too, but when I tried entering the site clik-order-online.com on my laptop, it just showed a server error. Then, when I tapped the link from my phone, it asked for loads of personal info like my phone number, DOB, and email. Felt really dodgy to me.

I got a text saying I’d been near someone with Omicron and needed to order a PCR test by clicking a link. The site looked like it was from the NHS but it was totally dodgy. Don’t fall for this message - it’s a proper scam!
