The website address looked dodgy and had 2021 in it, which is outdated. The real site now uses 2022, so I knew it was a scam straight away. Glad I didn’t fall for it.

Got a call supposedly from the Post Office saying they couldn’t deliver a package. They then tried to get my card info to charge me for another delivery attempt! Sounds fishy to me.

Received a text from a number claiming to be PostOffice, stating they attempted to deliver a parcel while I was out. Intriguingly, this doesn't seem to be Royal Mail, and there’s no tracking ID supplied. What's more, regardless of the addresses I input, it always insists there’s a parcel waiting, even at completely fictitious addresses. Quite suspicious, don't you think?

The text included a dodgy address suggesting I should click through to arrange a redelivery, but the site doesn’t belong to Royal Mail at all. When you enter the URL in your browser, it just brings up a blank page, which is quite suspect!
