If you tap on their so-called tracking link, they ask for details and then try to charge you 99p on your card to resend the parcel. Don’t fall for it, it’s a phishing trick.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Royal Mail saying they couldn't deliver a package, and now they don't leave a card because of the whole Covid situation. It sounded dodgy, so I checked the link they sent to track the parcel. Of course, it asked for my details and then tried to make me pay 99p by credit card to have the parcel resent. Over the past few days, I've gotten two messages that seemed dodgy. The first one claimed to be from the post office, telling me I owed money for a parcel. I just ignored and deleted it straight away.
