Beware of this number, it's definitely a scam!!! They claim to be from your bank but never actually mention which bank. They said I hadn’t replied to a letter they supposedly sent, but I never got any letter. They told me my local branch in Ilford is closing and a new one nearby is opening, so they need to send a new card out to my address. When I said I’d rather collect the card from the Ilford branch if that was true, they got really annoyed and said they couldn’t do that. I hung up and contacted my bank straight away - turns out it’s a total SCAM!
