BEWARE, this was a scammer! He said the local Barclays branch shut down and that he’d be sending me a new card. He already knew my name and address. When I lied about my birthday and PIN during the security check, he still said the info was right. Then a courier showed up on my doorstep in less than 10 minutes. I called him out as a fraud and gave him a piece of my mind.
