Definitely a scam, just like others mentioning fake Paypal payment alerts saying 'your account has been charged, log in now'. Thanks to Who Called Me, this was my first time using it and honestly, it was the smartest thing I did instead of checking my bank or online accounts straight away. Need to start blocking these numbers for good - seems like mobile providers surely know who’s behind this sort of thing. Can somebody please take some action?

When I tried visiting this page, Firefox immediately flagged it - even while I was in private mode! The warning said something like "Deceptive site ahead," and Firefox blocked access because it might try to fool you into giving away sensitive info like passwords or payment details. This alert came from Google Safe Browsing. Apparently, the site called "paypal login 287" has been marked as unsafe. You can either report if there's a mistake or continue anyway, but it’s definitely dodgy in my opinion.
