HG-Support just tried to take my monthly payment but it didn’t go through. They messaged me saying if I don’t update my payment info at access-3[###], my three account might get cut off. Bit worrying!

Just got a message saying HG-Support couldn’t process my monthly payment. They warned my three account might get cancelled if I don’t sort it out. The text tells me to go to access-3[###] to update my card info. Sounds a bit dodgy if you ask me.

Got a text from "HG-Support" saying a payment from Three hadn’t gone through. Didn’t sit right with me since Three never charges at this point in the month. Definitely a big con!
