Received a text supposedly from Hermes saying I missed a parcel delivery. The message took me to a site that looked like Hermes but then asked for my card info to pay a 'rescheduling fee.' I’m not sure if it’s legit, cos I did buy something recently but got a tracking text from Parcelforce, which I think is different from Hermes. I felt uneasy, so I rang back and left a voicemail asking them to call me to sort it out. I’d be careful with this number and not follow any steps from them unless you're 100% sure it’s genuine.
