On Sunday 13th August, I got a message from this number saying they attempted to deliver a package on the 11th August and that I needed to reorder or something. They said it was from EVRI. I’m in Portsmouth, Hampshire, and I just ignored the whole thing.

Got a text supposedly from EVRI saying they attempted to drop off a package on 11/08/2023. They wanted me to pick a new delivery time and asked for personal info like my name, address, DOB, and even bank details claiming there was a fee for re-delivery. Nearly got caught because I really was expecting something that day but nothing turned up. Then surprise, Royal Mail actually delivered the parcel today. What’s odd is how the scammers knew about the parcel in the first place - feels like there might be someone leaking info from inside Royal Mail?!

UPDATE: Got a msg sayin EVRl tried to deliver my order (number UK*********) on 11 AUG 2023. They asked me to go to rebook.info-79.com to choose a different delivery slot. Not sure if this is legit or not tho.

Did anyone else get a dodgy text saying they tried to deliver something on the 11th? It said something about EVRI and to go to rebook.info-79.com to pick another delivery time for order-uk xxxxxxx. Feels like a scam to me!
