Got a call claiming to be from Bank of Scotland about a dodgy card purchase at Argos. They said if it wasnt me I should ring 020 4577 0439. Rang the London number they gave, it sounded legit with all these menu options, but hung up before talking to anyone. Later checked with BoS fraud dept and they said they never tried to reach me and there’s no suspicious activity on my card.
