This number has called me twice in just two days. The first time, a woman claimed she was from Windows, saying my computer was hacked and my licence was about to expire. Once I mentioned I was recording the call, she just hung up. Then today, a man with a similar accent called, saying he was from the licensing department. When I told him I’d already spoken to a woman yesterday who ended the call, he also dropped the line. From what I’ve heard, this sounds like a total scam, and it honestly freaks me out a bit!

A lady called and wanted to know if I was the person using the computer. I said actually it was my husband she needed, but he wasn’t in at the moment. I asked her nicely to take my number off her list, but she got quite rude and threatened to disconnect my computer because it was supposedly being used unlawfully. I repeated that she shouldn’t call my number again, but she carried on threatening to shut my computer down. Eventually, I just had to hang up on her.

Got a call from these jokers again today. Seriously, when will the government step in and sort this mess out? My husband’s disabled and has fallen for their scams before, it’s just not on!

Had a call claiming they were from Windows computer licensing today. I told them to shove it and find another sucker, then I just ended the call. :)

Got a call about my computer once more. They asked if I was the owner, and when I questioned why they needed that info, I just hung up.

Got a call from this number, a lady claimed she was from some computer support. I told her I didn’t need any help. She then started being rude, so I just ended the call.

It definitely came across as one of those call centre calls, claiming to be from Windows licensing. As soon as I mentioned I was recording, they just ended the call straight away.

I'm really sick of getting calls about some supposed need for a Windows licence. It's obviously a con. If it doesn't stop soon, I'll be reporting it to the cops because that’s just straight-up fraud. We've even posted your number on Facebook so everyone knows what you're about. Honestly, you’re just a complete waste of time.

Got a call from some dodgy guys claiming to be from Microsoft, saying there's an issue with my computer. These scammers really need to be stopped, proper nightmare! Honestly, wish they’d just disappear for good!
