Got a call from a claims helpdesk about my ppi claim, they mentioned they’d send some documents through the post. I got it, read it over, signed and returned it. Later on, they contacted me to say I was due a payout. Really pleased with how it went, would totally recommend them :)

this firm actually helped me and my partner get extra compensation from an old PPI case i had. never had any problems dealing with them. honestly, no idea what others are moaning about? they didnt ask me for any personal info, not even my bank stuff. also, calling them back didnt cost me anything. it didnt go through but no charges appeared. people are just too quick to bash companies these days without getting their facts straight.

Got a call from a young woman who sounded a bit suspicious, asking for me by name, Mr #######. She said something like, "Hi, this is Julie from the helpdesk, calling about your PPI claim with Halifax." I was like, "Eh, what’s this about?" and she just hung up right away. So did I. Then I came straight to this site to see what was going on. That number’s definitely on my block list now. Seriously, don’t call them back or you could be in for some unexpected charges.

Got a call from this number earlier, didn’t know who it was but was planning to pick up since I’m job hunting and thought it could be a recruiter. Unfortunately, I was a bit slow and by the time I reached my phone, they’d already hung up. Got a call from 070 9484 2898 about that PPI thing, sounded like she was just reading from a script and assuming I’d claimed with that bank she mentioned. As soon as she said who she was, I told her nicely to stop and take me off their list. She then got a bit snappy, saying "yeah, you could’ve done that 5 minutes ago." I quickly hung up then, didn’t want to hear any more. Call lasted only 47 seconds, nowhere near 5 minutes luckily!

070 9484 2898 rang me earlier asking for a "Pete" - I told them they must have the wrong number as no one here goes by that name. The lady said sorry and hung up straight away. I could hear loads of noise in the background like a massive call centre. I’ve blocked the number on my mobile now. My rule is simple, if I haven’t asked a big company to ring me, I’m not interested in chatting, no matter who they say they are. Anyone who really needs to reach me has my number anyway.
