They keep saying “this is your bank’s security team” but it’s clearly not true. I don’t get why they persist when it’s obviously a scam. We all know it’s just a con.

This 070 3590 3753 number is definitely dodgy, probably an energy cap con. They're just testing if the line's live so they can add it to their scammer contacts list. I've made sure to report it to both Ofcom and BT so hopefully they'll take action against these muppets. Make sure to block it and don't fall for their rubbish!

Got a call from 070 3590 3753, no idea who it was so added it straight to my blocklist. Reported the number to BT and Ofcom as well, hopefully they’ll do something about these annoying callers. Better safe than sorry with numbers like this!
