Somebody called saying it was my bank’s security team because there were two charges on my account, one of them £190 from Amazon. When they said that, I ended the call and tried ringing BT to block the number, but for the last 15 minutes, the line’s been busy with that ‘in use’ sound. Bit strange if you ask me.
