Got a call from someone claiming they couldnt deliver a parcel, told me to ring back 'Alex' on a 07011 number. When I tried it just put me on hold. Turns out it isnt a real mobile and they charge you £1 a minute, so definitely dont call it. I've already reported the number to both Parcelforce and my provider, Plusnet.

Got the exact same call today, I’m from Barnsley as well. That Alex really seems to be everywhere, like he’s got some sort of time machine or something! Honestly, don’t try calling back or replying, it’s not safe at all!
