Got a call from 03333444827 saying they were from some government office checking the fire safety on my solar panels. They mentioned Silvercrest Solar installed them, but I knew they had shut down. I rang Silvercrest Solar myself, and they told me they're still in business. The lady I spoke to warned me it’s a scam being done to trick people into letting them into their homes. Bit scary for me, especially as I’m an elderly woman on my own.

Got a call from Silver Crest claiming to be the service team for solar panels at my place. When I asked them to explain what they meant, the bloke just hung up on me. Pretty sure it was a scam.

Got a call from Silvercrest Group about a free check for our solar inverter, but it really came across like one of them cold sales calls. I couldn’t find the exact company name anywhere, but it kinda reminded me of some solar business based in Essex.
