Has anyone got a clue as to who this might be? These callers seemed to ring incessantly and even reached our answering machine, yet not a single message was ever dropped! Quite peculiar, if you ask me.

I received a call from this number, but as soon as I answered, there was nothing but silence on the other end, so I hung up. I won't be returning the call since British Telecom has flagged it as an unregistered STD code.
