As a company, we recently dialled their 0800 number and had a conversation with someone named "Adrian"-at least that’s what I believe his name was. When we tried to clarify our situation, he rather abruptly insisted on our phone number, which came across as quite impolite. Upon expressing our desire to have our number removed from their listing, he unexpectedly cut the line on us! Frankly, I'm astonished at the level of unprofessionalism displayed by their staff, especially considering the numerous complaints surrounding their fax machine for nearly four months now. How they continue to operate under such circumstances is beyond me.

I own a fax machine, and I must say, the scarcity and steep pricing of fax rolls is quite frustrating. Each time I receive one, it ends up costing me. The incessant calls began at half past midnight on the 3rd of October, 2013, and continued for an hour. In the end, we had no choice but to disconnect our phone altogether. This morning, I managed to identify one of the culprits - the number 05603348049. It's rather frustrating, particularly since I don't even have any debts to speak of. It’s rather pointless to pursue, especially as my landline is certainly not a fax machine! As someone with a disability, the constant interruptions have caused me to have a few tumbles while trying to answer the phone, especially during the wee hours.
