I've been checking out other complaints and it's been happening for ages.
How come neither RBS nor TPS have stepped in to sort this out?!?

Got a recorded call earlier today around 2:18 pm. The start wasn’t recorded, but a voice told me to respond to some questions by pressing numbers on my phone keypad. The message said it was a survey about RBS. I refused to interact by pressing any buttons because these days there are loads of scams about, and I had no clue who was actually calling. If it really was a proper survey, they’d do better just ringing through and speaking to someone directly, surely.

Didn't pick up, not a number I recognise.

So, I just got this voicemail, right? It was from rbs, asking me to do a customer survey. Thing is, the start of the message was cut off, so you couldn’t even tell it was from rbs at first. When I pressed 2 to answer the first question, the voicemail ended up saving the message instead of taking my response. Proper funny, really!

If you’ve been to a Royal Bank of Scotland branch lately, that’s probably why you’re getting a call from that number. They sometimes do automated surveys asking about your experience at the branch. Might be related to that. Just thought I’d share in case it clears things up a bit.

Got a call from this number around 6.15pm. Didn’t pick up and honestly don’t plan to next time either.

This number just rang me, so I blocked it straight away. Not long after, they left a voice message.

Called the mobile, no one picked up. They proceeded to leave a rather lengthy message lasting two minutes, claiming to be from RBS.
