Received an unwanted call that should definitely be flagged! They claimed to be conducting a "Nat West Branch Survey," supposedly linked to my recent visit to a local branch. However, I’m ex-directory and on the Telephone Preference Service, so I shouldn't be getting such calls. Plus, I've never even held an account with Nat West, meaning I’ve never stepped foot in any of their branches! To top it all off, the call took over my answering machine, and I had to press all the buttons for five seconds just to hang up. This number ought to be reported without delay!

Just like others have said, this was an unsolicited call and really should be reported! I’m on the TPS list and my number’s ex-directory. Also, I’ve never even had an account with Nat West! What really got me was that this call messed up my answering machine, and I couldn’t hang up until I pressed all the buttons on my phone for a good five seconds! Honestly, this number needs to be flagged immediately!
