I asked who was calling first. Then the person said something about telling me the bank branch hours had changed. When I asked which bank, they dodged the question and just kept asking me to confirm my name. I refused. The voice had a faint Jamaican accent. He kept repeating the same thing but I kept pressing about which bank. Eventually, he said Santander, though I reckon he was guessing. Then he asked if I was a frequent visitor or not. I told him I don’t have any Santander account and called him out for not being upfront. The call got cut off straight away!
