Got a call from a number claiming to be Nationwide, said it was for verification. Anyone know what this might be about?

I kept asking where he’d gotten my phone number from, but he just wouldn’t say. Then he shouted something like ‘I take it off you at gunpoint, you f##king...’ Not the nicest bloke, that one.

I got a call from someone claiming they were from the Apple Store. They asked if I was between 40 and 48 years old, which was a bit confusing. I said no and ended the call straight away. The person had a foreign accent, sounded African to me. Just a heads up, be careful with calls like this.
