9 yearsI've been receiving calls from this landline, but every time it rings, they just hang up. When I tried returning the call, I was met with a message saying that the number isn't in service. Oddly enough, these calls are coming at all hours-like 5 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon, and even 11 at night-happening nearly every day for the past week. I'm really at my wits’ end trying to put a stop to this! It's incredibly annoying!9 yearsI've noticed this number ringing me a couple of times now. Whenever I pick up, there's nothing but silence on the other side, followed by them hanging up. Quite peculiar, to say the least!9 yearsFor the past four consecutive days, my phone has been inundated with calls. It’s clearly a scam, with the callers purporting to be from Telstra's technical assistance, insisting that our computer has been compromised by an individual overseas. The chap on the line, with a distinctly Indian accent, exhibited a rather impertinent attitude when I informed him that our internet was functioning perfectly well. He raised his voice, demanding that I “LISTEN TO ME! LISTEN TO ME!” Quite fed up, I simply hung up. Shortly thereafter, he tried again. I did a quick search on the number and confronted him about it being a scam, insisting that he cease his calls, and promptly disconnected. Thankfully, he hasn’t tried to ring back since then.Telstra9 yearsJust had a rather peculiar telephone encounter! An Indian call centre was trying to pull a fast one, pretending to be from Telstra’s tech support while using a number that looked either Victorian or Tasmanian. They claimed my internet would be disconnected in 48 hours! Quite cheeky, I told them I’d be contacting my actual ISP, which, mind you, isn’t Telstra at all, and promptly hung up.Telstra9 yearsI'm unsure about this number, it seems like it could be a spam caller since I'm on the do not call list.9 yearsI didn't pick up when they called me at 7:20 in the evening on the 8th of June, 2017.
