Got a call from tsb asking if i wanted to remortgage with them, bit of a hassle as they wanted me to book a branch appointment but didnt ask for personal info over the phone. They were polite when i said no coz my mortgage renewal isn’t for a while yet. They’d called before and left the branch number, nothing about it seemed dodgy.

Got a rough voice asking, "Is that Lorna?" I said, "May I ask who's speaking?" The reply was just "The bank." Honestly, sounded like she hadn't done any proper training on how to talk to customers. Feels like they’re just checking if anyone’s picking up.

this number keeps ringing me on my mobile. a couple of days ago they left a voicemail claiming to be from my local bank, which seemed a bit dodgy to me. they gave a name and a different phone number asking me to get back in touch to see if they could assist with my banking, which just felt off and quite unprofessional. when i called my bank to check about the number and message, they confirmed it wasn’t theirs. today they called again, i picked up and they just hung up straight away. i’ve already told tsb bank not to contact me on my mobile before.
