Frederickson belong to Lowell, which says a lot really. Last month I had to warn Lowell about taking legal steps after they rang me 5 times in a single week asking for five different people. After every call they promised to take my number off their list, but on the fifth call I finally spoke to a manager and said I’d go to court if the calls didn’t stop. They’re sneaky, using a different name but it’s the same company. And here we go again, all over the same situation.

Fredrickson's keep ringing me and leaving voicemails for someone who’s never lived here. They always want that person to ring back on a different number, usually 03453 138995. I don’t even own this place, and they don’t seem interested in me at all, based on their messages. I’m ex-directory and signed up to the TPS, so now I just don’t pick up my phone, landline or mobile. If it’s really important, they’ll leave a message, and then I can check the missed calls and decide if it’s worth bothering with. Honestly, this world’s getting worse and worse!

I never pick up calls from numbers I don’t recognise. Looked it up here, no debts or anything. My number’s unlisted anyway, so no clue how they got hold of it. It’s proper annoying. They also never bother to leave a message.

I've been receiving incessant calls from this number, and every time, they leave a message on my answering machine mentioning a reference number to get back to them. Got a call from this Fredrikson UK lot, they’re some debt collectors. After I confirmed who I was, they said it was an unpaid balance from an old mobile contract. I checked with EE and they told me the same thing, the debt was real. Apparently, they’d sent letters before but I never saw them because I hadn’t updated my address when I moved. That’s why it ended up with Fredrikson. Everything’s above board. I phoned EE myself to double check and they confirmed it. If you ignore these debts, it’ll just mess up your credit rating, so best to sort it out. The number they called from was 0345 839 6037.

I've been inundated with calls from these utter imbeciles. Most of the time, they ring, I answer, and they promptly hang up. When they do muster the courage to engage, they always mention some random name completely foreign to me. They claim I owe them £xxxx and insist I need to initiate a repayment plan immediately, threatening my credit score in the process. Just the other day, they even dragged bailiffs into the threat to try to rattle me into handing over cash for a debt that simply doesn't exist. Now, as a legal clerk myself, and with my fiancée being a Solicitor, we hastily penned a letter demanding they back off or face legal action. They quietened down for a fortnight but have now resumed their antics. I’m fully prepared to take action and file a harassment claim against them.

This company called Fredrickson, some sort of debt collectors, rang me up to check my name and date of birth. I wouldn't give them my real first name, which baffled them. I then made up a DOB, and they ended up telling me what this was about. Apparently, it was a debt linked to an old address I haven’t lived at in like 25 years. Got a call from this number, something to do with Lowell or maybe Lau? Not sure how to say it properly. They asked for my full name and address before they would explain the reason for their call, which I declined. They mentioned I'd be getting a letter in the post and to ring them once it arrives.
