2 yearsI rang this number because I was waiting on some information about a policy I'd emailed them about. Turns out, it’s definitely linked to Aviva/Friend Life, and I got connected to the right team without any hassle.AvivaFriend Life2 yearsBeware of this phone number - it seems to be linked to an insurance con. I've received correspondence that appears to be on genuine Aviva letterhead, but inside, there are documents from something called 'Life Saving Bristol' that lack proper headers, all pointing to this contact number. These materials are apparently from their Customer Service Manager at the Call Centre Direct (CCD). I've got copies of these documents, which are part of my response regarding the cancellation of an antiquated 'Guaranteed Over 50 Plan' that I took out back in 1997 with Aviva. If you're interested in looking into this further, do let me know. Cheers! You can reach me at [email protected].AvivaCustomer ServiceCall Centre DirectCCD2 yearsI received a letter from Aviva featuring this particular number, but there were a few dodgy elements that raised my suspicions about its authenticity. Instead of replying to the phone number provided, I opted to forward it directly to Aviva for clarification.Aviva3 yearsI got a text that looked like it was from Aviva, but they wouldn’t really begin their messages with “Hi” like that, so I just ignored it.Aviva3 yearsI had my doubts about this being a con job at first.5 yearsI found this number mentioned prominently on a letter I received from Aviva. Given my doubts, I decided to call them back using a different number. When I ring, the voicemail says it’s for ‘Friends Life’, which kinda threw me off. Anyone else had this?Aviva7 yearsBeware of this number! I ended up losing £1.38 to what I suspect is a dodgy scam. Initially, they asked for my name and then proceeded to request my address. When I probed a bit, they claimed they weren’t trying to sell anything. It all felt rather fishy if you ask me!7 yearsNo, it’s actually Friends Life insurance. It could be some of the older Sun Life policies.Friends LifeSun Life9 yearsI received a call where the person knew my name and mentioned my late father-in-law along with some sort of policy linked to him. I can’t help but wonder if this is some sort of fraudulent activity. What do you reckon?Submit Your Own Report (0345 732 2223)

About 03 Numbers
Many organizations use 03 numbers instead of the more costly 08 numbers. For instance, numerous public sector bodies have moved from 0845 numbers to 0345. The cost of calls is no more than calls to geographic numbers (01 or 02). The charges for calls depend on the time of the day, and most providers provide call packages that allow calls free of charge at specific times of the day. Mobile call costs vary based on the chosen calling plan. Typically, these calls are incorporated in free call packages.
