Got called repeatedly, like 4 times within a few minutes. The caller claimed to be from my bank and said there might’ve been fraud on my account. They even knew the last 4 digits of my card, which made me suspicious. The guy kept trying to get me to verify recent transactions, probably to get access to my account through phone banking. I told him I’d hang up and ring the bank myself, and he was okay with that at first. But when I mentioned calling from another phone, suddenly he got quite rude. I know someone who got tricked before thinking they’d called the bank back, but ended up speaking to the scammers again!
