I rang Great Western Rail to get some help booking a ticket. The person I spoke to kept me on hold while they tried to transfer me to another team. I got fed up waiting and ended up hanging up. The call still went on for 23 minutes and ended up costing me £2.46.

Customer service on the GWR trains is an absolute nightmare. Tried ringing them up, but it was such a hassle getting through. Feels like they don’t really want to help at all. Definitely not impressed with how they handle stuff.
