A bloke called claiming to be from HSBC UK said there was a dodgy transaction of about 80 pounds linked to the Royal Institute of Music. He told me he'd send a text with a link and asked for a six-digit code, stressing that he didn't need any other passwords. I told him I wasn't convinced, especially since I'd gotten no alert from my HSBC app, and I wanted to stop the call. He just calmly said I could always ring them back on that number if I wanted.

Dealing with Virgin Media is such a struggle. If they’re not constantly trying to push you into upgrading to a more expensive package or adding extra services, they just couldn’t care less. Honestly, it feels like they only want to hassle you rather than actually help. Very frustrating experience.

I'm pretty sure it's Virgin Media behind this. I also put in a 0 score and ever since I've been getting tons of calls. Honestly, something should be done about it, maybe some kind of watchdog or regulator to put a stop to all this. It's really getting out of hand.

I’ve been getting calls from this 03456504044 number loads recently, and whenever I try calling back, no answer at all. Considering I’ve been moaning about my Virgin Media connection - TV, phone, and internet - over the past few months, it seems they aren’t too keen on people airing their gripes.
