I was informed that the call was from Sky, but I’m not one of their clients. When I requested to speak to a manager, a gentleman joined the call and rather rudely referred to me using an inappropriate term. The lady on the line was adamant that she could say what she liked, and when I inquired about which company was calling, she abruptly ended the conversation.
