He inquired about my surname, where I lived-including my postcode-whether I owned my home, and what kind of insulation I currently had. He even asked for my age! He went on to say that I was eligible for a complimentary, no-pressure loft insulation review, and that someone would be in touch shortly to arrange it. I informed him that I'd prefer to ponder over it before making any decisions and would get back to them later. Alas, he informed me that this wasn't an option. So, I decided to terminate the conversation.
