Got a letter claiming to be from JaJa with this number, asking for my bank details so they could charge me. I haven’t used that card in ages and it’s got no money on it, so why are they asking now? Plus, direct debit’s already sorted!

I got a call and a text from +44 345 607 6500. When I rang back, a woman answered saying it was some fraud department and wanted my card details. I told her I wasn’t comfortable sharing any info until she asked some security questions first. She insisted on getting the long card number before any security, but I refused. Then she asked for my phone number, which I said she already had since she called me. She told me to ring another number and ask for customer service. I ended the call there. Definitely a scam. I checked my card app and no suspicious charges at all.

Been getting loads of texts telling me I owe £5 and need to pay by a certain date. Just got another one from ja ja today, but I’ve never had any card with them. Don’t wanna call and risk it being a scam or something. Really not sure what’s going on.

Today I received a ring from 08456076500 and the person said they were from the postal service fraud team. I told them straight away I wasn’t interested and to try me again next year. I don’t have any account with them anyway, so it was obviously a scam. Wondering how these scammers make this number show up on your caller ID? It’s simple - they’re using a Skype number. Each time they call through Skype, this number pops up on your phone. Watch out for stuff like this!

Watch out, this number looks like it’s from Jaja's fraud department but it’s actually scammers piggybacking on their line. The call sounds really dodgy and poor quality, which is a big clue. Just hang up and call Jaja directly to double check instead.

She mentioned something about needing to pass through a security check, possibly linked to ASDA credit, which struck me as a bit peculiar. I expressed my reluctance to share any personal details, and then she requested my credit card number! Now, this could potentially be alright, considering I had just been attempting to purchase bitcoins, and the site flagged it with a massive green cross indicating fraud, prompting me to abandon the transaction. Perhaps she was genuinely associated with ASDA, ensuring all was above board!

I just received a rather dubious call about some supposed irregularities with my credit card. Earlier, I had already spoken to someone and resolved my issues, but this latest call definitely raised some red flags given that I had sorted everything out with JaJa finance. When another call came in, I figured it could be a follow-up, so I called back as instructed. They told me to expect a callback, and I dutifully waited. When they finally reached out, they surprisingly asked for my credit card details, which I found rather concerning and naturally declined to provide. However, I did share my name, phone number, card's expiry date, email address, and home address. Now, I’m attempting to contact the number that sent me a letter-presumably from the genuine credit card company-to verify whether this was all a scam or not, as they might be able to assist in safeguarding my card. As it stands, I’m stuck on hold, and it’s incredibly exasperating!

Today, I got a call from the number 03456076500. A bloke on the other end claimed they were looking into some dodgy activity on my AA card. He asked if he could use my first name and mentioned he’d need to ask some security questions. I got a bit wary and told him I wasn’t comfortable talking about it. The guy on the line said that was fine and told me to ring them back if I wanted to. I then just ended the call.

I keep getting calls from people pretending they're from JaJa, saying there's some suspicious activity on my card they need to check. Honestly, don’t engage with them or give any info. If you get any alerts, just respond to the texts to approve or reject. Tell the caller you'll ring JaJa straight yourself instead.

I got a call from 03456076500 claiming to be from jaja fraud. He wanted to know my phone number but I told him he already had it since he was the one ringing me. Then he asked for my passcode, which I refused to give saying it’s private. After that, he seemed to get a bit impatient and said he couldn’t assist me and I should ring them myself. He sounded pretty annoyed in the end.

I received a rather dubious call today, during which the person was probing for my credit card and bank information. They called me a couple times but I never picked up. I don’t own a JaJa card or any card from the post office, only my bank card, so I can't see why they’d be ringing me. If it was a genuine call, they’d have left a message or sumthin.

I got a voicemail from some bloke calling himself from jaja security, he even said my name. Apparently, jaja has started doing Asda credit cards, which I just got recently. I've only used the card once for a payment of £16. He told me to call the number on the back of the card, but there’s no phone number there, only instructions to use the Asda credit card app. Feels dodgy to me, like a scam.
