This number really belongs to the Lloyds Bank Fraud team. I got a text saying someone tried to use my credit card on Deliveroo but it was blocked. They told me to ring this number and give a 3 digit code. Being a bit wary, I phoned the number on the back of my card and they verified it was legit. Now I’m just stuck waiting in a never ending queue to talk to a person.

Lloyds Bank Fraud Team - TOTALLY LEGIT. I called the number on the back of my card, not the one they texted me, and they verified the messages and calls to my landline and phone were real. Lloyds had already stopped both Deliveroo purchases - which I’ve never used. They cancelled my card and said a new one’s on its way. Glad I stayed cautious, but hats off to Lloyds, they handled it perfectly!

I received a text message stating that Lloyds Bank had detected activity on my Lloyds credit card ending in 3141. The transaction, which amounted to £41.39, took place on 30-12-2020 at 07:22:01, at a location mentioned as CLBAI HPZG. However, the payment was declined. They asked me to reply with "YES" if it was indeed me conducting the transaction, or "NO" if it wasn't. The message reassured that there is no need to make a phone call and responding through text would be the quickest way to update my account. I promptly replied with a "NO" as I do not have a Lloyds Bank account. In response, they informed me that they would contact me by phone. Considering the circumstances, I have decided to ignore this call since I have no affiliation with Lloyds Bank.

Totally a scam. Just call the number on your card if youre unsure. If you reply to their message, it sets off a call from them. Pay attention to the name they use - it wont match yours. Best thing is to just block and ignore them.

They’re pretending to be Lloyds Bank. I looked up the official Lloyds website and couldn’t find this number anywhere. I’m pretty sure this is a scam, and they could steal your debit or credit card info. Some of the positive reviews seem fake or from people who don’t understand online scams or phishing. So, don’t ring that number! From Lloyds’ site, these are the real numbers: 0800 917 7017, +44 207 481 2614, 0345 606 2172, +44 1702 278 272, 0300 123 2040, and 0300 123 2050. Right, after seeing loads of mixed info on here I rang Lloyds myself. To clear it up, this number is 100% “REAL”. Forget all the other comments and just take this as gospel - it’s legit. Just call Lloyds using the number on your credit card and they’ll confirm it’s a genuine line. Mine got blocked because of it. Not sure why there’s so much confusion about this number, it just makes everything harder. So yeah, this is a “REAL” Lloyds number, ring the card number on your back to get it sorted. This site is making things way more complicated than needed!!

I recently received a voicemail with a similar message. In response, I contacted Lloyd's using the number printed on the back of my card because I wanted to ensure it was the official contact number. Lloyd's informed me that their fraud team had not reported any issues with my account. Therefore, it is highly likely that the message I received was not authentic. If you ever encounter such messages, it is advisable to reach out to your bank using the number provided on the back of your card rather than relying on the one given in the suspicious message.

After being away for a week, upon my return, a message awaited from 0345 6031754. Someone called me saying they were from Lloyds bank asking about suspicious activity on my credit card. Watch out, they try to get your personal info. I actually popped into a branch and they told me there’s nothing wrong with my card but to just keep an eye out for weird calls like that.

At six o'clock in the evening on Sunday, I've been contacted by this particular number a total of five times during the day. Out of those five calls, I've chosen not to answer four times. However, they persistently leave automated voicemails that I promptly delete after hearing just a few words. I'm currently seeking information on whom I should report this persistent number to.

We receive around four calls per day from this particular number, insisting that they are the Lloyds Bank fraud office, and requesting credit card information. It's worth mentioning that they are seeking an individual who does not reside at our address. Despite our efforts to block the number, the calls persist. It is alarming, as vulnerable individuals could easily fall victim to this scam. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could take action to address this issue promptly.
