Got a call from eon and they was really pushy, kept ringing me up even after I told them I wasn’t interested. Proper annoying.

Got a call from someone saying they were EON Energy, which I find odd since I’m not even signed up with EON. Pretty sure it was a scam attempt.

Received a dodgy call claiming to be from "Opus Energy" - they wanted me to ring them back on 01613 541 500. Wouldn't trust it.

Since 10 this morning I've had at least three different numbers call me 33 times, claiming to be from EON and trying to get my account details. I told them I’m signed up with the TPS but they just kept talking over me and arguing. Proper harassment, honestly.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with Eon about renewing our electric deal. I told them we don’t have Eon as our provider, and then they asked who our supplier is. I said they should already know that info, then they just dropped the call.

Got calls from a number saying they are from N Power then Eon, trying to get me to renew an energy contract. Thing is, my business is run from home and we never even had an energy deal with them. Pretty fishy if you ask me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with the power company, said he needed to discuss account details or something. Very fishy if you ask me.

This bloke kept ringing, saying he was with Eon, always calling me "mate." When I told him we don’t have gas and it’s a business premises, he just hung up. Cheers, mate.

I picked up the call, but it was completely silent on the other end.

They claimed they were ringing for British Gas, but when I asked for their number, the one they gave me actually belonged to a hair salon.

Got a call at our office from someone saying they were from EON, trying to get us to renew our gas and electric deal. I told them we actually use EDF Energy, and after a bit of back and forth, I just ended the call. Then, about an hour later, the same number rang again, but this time they said they were with EDF and wanted to renew our contract. I just put the phone down on them straight away.

Our business received a phone call from some folks purporting to be from EON, attempting to persuade us to renew our gas and electricity agreement. I mentioned that we're actually with EDF energy, which kicked off a bit of a back-and-forth. In the end, I decided enough was enough and ended the call. To my surprise, they rang back again about an hour later, this time insisting they were from EDF energy and wanting to discuss our contract renewal. Naturally, I cut them off once more. What a nuisance!
