7 yearsToday is Saturday, 2nd November 2019. I've just received a letter in the post marked from Royal London. The letter discusses dividends from an ISA account, complete with an ISA number. It mentions, "Enclosed is a cheque for £..." but, to my dismay, there's absolutely no cheque included with it. It also advises that for any further inquiries, I should reach out to their customer service on 0345 600 0404. However, upon a bit of sleuthing online, I discovered that this number is flagged as a nuisance call. I decided to give it a go, only to be met with a pre-recorded message stating that their office hours are from half eight to half five, Monday to Friday. There's also an email address provided: [email protected]. The letter is signed off by one Grainne Bamforth, who claims to be the Customer Service Manager at Capita Financial Group.
