Got a call earlier today from someone claiming to be HSBC, they wanted to speak to my husband but strangely they already had his full name. Since I actually work at HSBC, it was clear this wasn’t how things are done there. Be careful with calls like this!

I got a call claiming to be from HSBC, asking my family member to ring that number back. I’m pretty sure it’s a scam since they already tried getting his bank info on his phone before.

This seemed pretty sketchy to me, especially when they started asking for my bank info. I wouldn’t give out any personal financial stuff to them, no way!

I got a call looking for my hubby, but when I tried to find out what it was about, the guy refused to give me any info and just said it was only for my husband. I told him he was at work and asked if I could pass on a message. He just said to tell him to ring this number. I pressed him again about the reason, but he got really rude and said well, if my husband rings, he’ll find out, if not, then tough luck. I just told him to jog on.

Got a voicemail that was meant to be from HSBC, but it sounded really amateurish. They went on about their office hours and when to call back and stuff. I didn’t bother, just blocked the number straight away 😊
