So this guy rings up one of my staff, going on about a recent car accident he’d had and banging on about some injury he reckons he got. He got passed on to me, as the boss. I told him straight where to shove it, but couldn’t help wonder how he’d got hold of our mobile numbers in the first place - maybe some other person involved? Seems like he was more bothered about sorting out his own serious damage than my minor stuff.
