These crooks act all confident at first but quickly hang up if you don’t pick up.

On 13.11.21, I noticed this number (03453666642) tried ringing us three times. We were away at the time, so missed the calls. They left a voicemail claiming to be from the "Tesco Fraud Department" - which was definitely a scam. My advice? WATCH OUT! Even though this looks like a real number (it's the Tesco Bank fraud line), scammers can copy it and make calls pretending to be from that number. I got a call from it yesterday evening. NEVER share your info, always ring back on a separate official number to confirm if it was really them. This isn’t just Tesco; the same thing happened with Natwest for me. When I checked with them, they said they hadn’t called, but their real number appeared on my screen.
