Avoid POLICY PLAN at all costs. These people are total scammers. I gave them a £209 deposit only for them to bail on the policy after two weeks without giving any proper explanation. I even showed them proof from my last insurer but no luck, they just went ahead and cancelled anyway. Honestly, if you're thinking about signing up with them, just think twice - you’ll regret it big time. I’ve emailed them detailing what happened and told them they have 8 weeks to sort it out, or else I’ll be taking it to the financial ombudsman to see what they say.
