However, since complaints about this issue date back to 2018, it would be even more satisfying if you could take action against it. Otherwise, what is the purpose of reporting it? I havent really run into many problems with them apart from them renewing my plan without bothering to send any documents, and they bumped my premium up by £4. But when I called to sort it out, they lowered the renewal price back to what it was before and even threw in a free month.
