I got a call from 03453030605 claiming to be from Natwest's security team. They wanted to speak to me by name, so I told them they had the wrong number. Then, within like five minutes, they rang again asking for someone I didn’t know. This time I just said “yes” straight away. They asked if I was aware of a £199 payment to Amazon on my account. I figured they were fishing for my bank details, so I just kept saying “yes” and they hung up. If I’d said no, I reckon they would've tried to get my account info or something.
