It’s shocking how low some folks will stoop. Truly despicable behaviour!5 yearsI received a call from someone purporting to be part of the fraud department at RBS, who asked for my date of birth to verify my identity. When I informed him that I no longer had an account with RBS, he displayed an unusual interest in my current bank. I decided to let him know that I would be reaching out to the RBS fraud team directly to confirm whether this call was legitimate or not. Oddly enough, he promptly disconnected the call. The chap had a distinctly London accent and was exceedingly courteous.
